WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
We deliver everywhere! We’ve had orders from all over the world, including the North Pole! Our shipping options are divided into 3 regions. U.K, Europe and everywhere else! Prices for these regions are also affected by specific item types as some are larger, heavier and more expensive to send. If you would like us to use an alternative shipping method to what is available at checkout then contact us and let us know!
AFFORDABLE SHIPPING
To help you save costs we will automatically use shipping methods that are fast and reliable but economically affordable. You should be able to select alternative shipping methods on checkout, but if you require a specific service then please let us know and we will give you a list of methods and prices available. *Please Note* We are based in the U.K, therefore as the recipient in another country, you may be charged additional fees and / or customs duty from your delivery company or respective government. As the importer of these goods it is your responsibility to pay them, so please do your research before purchasing anything outside of your own country. TRACKED OPTIONS AVAILABLE
All orders are sent by Raven (Just kidding….or are we?) Royal Mail, either as a standard or tracked service. In cases where an extraordinary amount of items has been ordered then we may opt to use a much larger Raven / Courier as a more cost effective option.
SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the destination but U.K orders should arrive within a couple of working days (from dispatch). For orders outside of the U.K, Royal Mail suggests 7-10 working days (from dispatch) as standard. Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays and times may vary throughout the year. If you need a faster delivery method please contact us, and we can provide additional information on what other options may be available.
