Our priority is having happy customers. That’s why we will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with both the service and products provided. If you are not fully satisfied then we can provided replacements and refunds as needed. 


If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason, you can return it for either a refund or replacement. Maybe the size wasn’t quite right. Maybe there was a fault with the printing or you simply changed your mind. Either way, contact us using our contact form, and we will provide you with details on how to return your item. Unfortunately in most cases we cannot refund the cost you paid to ship the item back to us, but you are free to choose the method of shipment to find something affordable. Replacements and refunds on returned items can only be provided on the basis that the item is returned in the same condition it was sent in. Unworn, and preferably with the tag left on. As long as the item remains in this condition, we accept returns within 3 months of the original order. In some cases we will still accept returns for an extended period of time, especially if issues occured with the original delivery. 


If an item is faulty or different from what was ordered and we are at fault, then we can offer you a full refund or replacement and you won’t have to send anything back to us. If you would simply like to return an item for a refund or replacement,  then you will need to send it back to us in an unused, unworn condition. We will process the refund as soon as the item has been received back with us OR confirm when a new one will be sent.
